音樂家，出生於1973年，東京藝術大學作曲系畢業。
於2002年設立ATAK，不但出版了許多國內外頂尖的電子原音音樂作品CD，而且也擁有設計、影像、Network Technology等為數頗豐的創作。在業界內相當的活躍。
2004年的首張個人創作專輯「ATAK000 keiichiro shibuya」將創作重心著重於音質和節奏這兩部份，且使用了渾厚的音色配合細膩的編曲結構所創作出的專輯作品。被喻為「跨越並且整合了所有電子音樂歷史的完美作品」。
截至目前為止，與作曲家高橋悠治以及池上高治 (complex system研究者/東京大學副教授)持續地展開了跨領域的共同合作。2005年年底和池上高治於Tokyo Opera City的ICC（InterCommunication Center）內展出了共同創作的聲音裝置藝術作品以及發表了運用非線性物理學變化和運動原理的音樂理論「第三項音樂理論-コンサートを行ったのを皮切りに旺盛な活動を開始」的研究成果，此項橫跨音樂科學領域的正式合作，引起了相當大的注意。
2006年，在日本的山口情報藝術中心(YCAM)發表了使用3D立體音響和LED操作的聲音藝術作品「filmachine」。
2007年，以「filmachine」發表了包含垂直移動聲音影像的世界首款耳機專用3D立體音響CD「ATAK010 filmachine phonics」。這張CD作品也獲得了該年度2007奧地利電子藝術節數位音樂獎榮譽提名。
2008年，在每年於德國所舉辦的世界最大電子藝術節-柏林國際跨媒體藝術節中的混合媒體類發表「filmachine」，同時也進行表演。另外，也接手由國際交通安全學會所委託的之行人穿越道燈號音樂曲目的製作。並曾於銀座地區的十字路口作現場測試而引起相當大的話題。
2009年，以在柏林所展開的音樂活動「Transmediale」開始了首次橫跨歐洲數國的巡迴演出「ATAK NIGHT 4」。今年六月也即將發行獨奏新專輯。

ATAK由音樂家渋谷慶一郎以及Maria在2002年共同創立。
ATAK以CD、DVD的形式出版了許多日本國內外頂尖優秀的電子原音音樂(electroacoustic music)作品；本身也擁有設計、Network technology、影像等多樣的創作，並且也積極推展許多相關活動。ATAK在日本科技藝術領域及電子原音音樂(electroacoustic music)的創作及出版具重要指標性地位，在日本和歐洲有著極高的評價。

聲音與影像的極限演出2.0
Maxima ver.2.0 for sound and visuals
此次演出應用了非線性科學 （nonlinear science）、混沌理論（chaotic itinerancy）、遺傳演算法（genetic algorithm）、細胞自動機（cellular automaton）、邏輯斯諦映射（logistic map）等多種方式所產生的聲音以及其片斷再重新經過建構、視覺化後再把此包含大量信息的聲音資料利用投射放映而形象化，並且依據聲音信息作即時變形。這也是複雜系統（complex system）科學研究者－池上高志 (東京大學教授)和其研究計畫「第三項音樂理論」的研究報告。
